Learning For Life

Learning For Life

Learning for life means to adquire experience and knoweledge not only in the laboral field but also in the daily life. Learning for life for the daily life gives to the person the capacity to act in the best way in every scenary, to have strong principles and values and to give to the persons the tools to be a good leader. Nowadays is not enogh beeing smart or beeing a person with a high IQ, is necessary to be a good leader.

For example, a person who has a great knoweledge in magement is worthless if he doesen't know how to use it in an organization. That means that if a manager can't lead , can't give enthusiasm and can't be trusted in a group of workers he can't defenetly use his knoweledge. This is the new theory that right now is being used, its called emotional intelligence, and the leadership is the basis of it.

On the other hand, having an emotional intelligence does not necessarily means that one is going to be succesful in the life. The leadership is the way, is the vehicle of the knoweledge, is how a person is able to use it properly in a company. That's why is so important to have a good education and a learning for life education as well.

In conclusion, the learning for life process or education will grant a solid leadership in a person, and if he or she has knoweledge, that person with no doubts is going to be succesful in life. That's why is very important to train yourself in your laboral and daily life intelligence.

Cultural Shock

Thanks to globalization, people are more easily connected to more and more cultures that otherwise they wouldn't, the reactions that people feel when they know other kind of cultures is called a cultural shock, it can be positive or negative, but most of the times is negative due to the cultural differences that often translates to a religion confrontation, that's what happends when a culture is not well introduced to a new region, some examples are shown when a company starts selling meat in India or the creation of new websites that may harm a social belive in one region of the world. That's why is very important to take seriously this matter.

To begin with, the terrorist crisis that emerged in 2001 due to the crash of to airplanes in the twin towers and the hate from the so called "islamics" to the United States civilians can be explained in some way. The cultural shok that was wrongly managed in the middle east has caused all this hate, the radical fundamentalist of the Islamic religion couldn´t resist all that contradictions coming from america. Obviusly its not all because of the cultural shock, other factors like support of U.S. to Israel and oil had done their job. But if this matter had been managed in a total different way, we may be living in a more peaceful world.

Despite that the cultural shock has to be manage with care, some irresponsabilities can make a good. For example, Japan is one of the more powerfull and advanced countries in the world, and was all thanks to the fact that the United States introduced their culture and with it its knowelede by force in Japan. But this do not mean that everytime a countrie imposes their culture, everything is going to be fine.

To sum up, the cultural matter is important, because if is change the behavior of that specific society is going to change, it doesn't means that is bad to try to try other cultures and show yours to other people, because possitive things can be taken from that excersice, but is recommended use discretion and madurity.

Internacional English

Most of the people argue that english is no more attached to those contries who speake it like its first language, they say, english is internacionalized, so much that new words are being used, like sushi.

Some of the conuntries that somehow helped shaping the english langauage where:

- Germany (Anglo-Norman)

- Netherlands

And some countries that use it primarly, and in the process enriched it: Anguila, australia, Jamaica, Mahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Belize, Cayman Isles, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guyana, Soth Georgia and Sandwich Isles, Saint Helena, Singapores, U.S, New Zealand, Jersey, Guam.

Other countries which not use it as its primary language has influenced the english, like Mexico referring to food, or Japan when they speak about anime or techology, not only countries, also new developements in science has bring new terms.

The International English has taken a great impact on me, I find it useful because I can adapte better a easier, I understand words that are being used in every part to the world, Its more easy to communicate with a person than before thanks to that fact.

Dead penalty its an example to dangerous criminals who wants to break the law, punish criminals with notorius crimes and makes a safer place to non dangerous criminals in jail. Its more cheaper than keepin a person for a lifetime, so resources can be focus in more criminals. Dead penalty is relly a deterrent of crime.

Argumentative Essay

Globalization
Underdeveloped countries are not able to compete against richest countries in a globalized world, because those countries lose their competitive advantage in social, economic, and political aspects as a labor exploitation and opportunity to hang about in an open market.

Firstly, undeveloped countries will loose economic advantages because when these countries abolish the tariffs, imported assets will be more competitive than national. In addition to that, restrictions will be abolish too and competitiveness will be more fierce and hard, not only in imported assets but in exported assets. This is why poor countries are more vulnerable against rich countries and this explains why they are going to be even poorer.

Also underprivileged countries tend, in a globalized world to abuse people, more known as labor exploitation, especially in children with a low income and countries with a weak currency. Even if this is a wrong use of an economical exercise this aspect has a bigger impact in the society. One example is Sierra Leone, where poverty has reached more than 70 percent of poorness and big percentages in labor exploitation a huge contrast against rich countries as Sweden, due to direct and indirect influence of globalization.

In conclusion, a globalized world divides the world because richer countries are prepared to face it while undeveloped countries are not. Moreover, prosperous countries are more likely to abuse and take advantages, which most of the times are unjust and damages the countries.
